Unlike video and 360° panoramas, virtual tours allow your customers to freely explore every room of a property as if they were actually there. Having a virtual tour on your website means your show home, venue or shop is available to customers all day every day. We use our 360° cameras in conjunction with Matterport 3D to generate accurate, simple to use tours.
Invite your customers on tour of your property, showcasing the very best you have to offer and highlight your favourite features as they look around.
Moving around your virtual tour is easy and engaging. The virtual experience streamlines the decision making process for prospective tenants, buyers, investors, and bringing new data and precision to the property market.
Embed annotations and media in your digital twin to highlight key features of your property.
View the floor plan, zoom out to see a ‘doll house’ view or navigate the rooms as if you would in real life.
Adding your 3D virtual tour to any website, app or social media is as easy as embedding a Youtube video.
The viewer can walk through the property and also zoom out to view a 3D reconstruction. 360° images of outside spaces can also be added.
Generate schematic floor plans of your property with the push of a button. Measure any aspect of your space, such as walls, windows, furniture, and more.
Virtual tours and videos each have their own advantages. Virtual tours give control to the viewer, allowing them to explore at their own pace. The Matterport system that we use to host the virtual tour also provides fantastic tools, such as the ability to measure walls, windows and furniture. Videos give a more controlled view of spaces and the ability to incorporate aerial footage. Video can often provide plenty of short clips to use on social media too.
There’s no right or wrong choice, sometimes you might need both. Have a look at the example we captured below, we created a virtual tour and video of the same property.
Every project is unique, so we always like to have a chat to first discuss what you’d like to achieve with your virtual tour. We’ll create a plan and explain the best way to capture the space.
Once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we’ll start capturing the space. We work our way around the area, taking high resolution photos that eventually get stitched together to create a 3D model of the space. We take these 360 photos from many angles, to ensure a seamless walk-through for the viewer.
Once we’ve captured the space, we then process the tour. We can add interactive tabs, highlighting certain aspects. We can also add an address, telephone number, web link and name of the property. For business address, we can even integrate the tour into Google Street View.
Once finished, just like a YouTube video, you can embed your tour anywhere you please. The tour uses a player which allows you to switch floors, view the floorplan, 3D view, take measurements or simply walk around inside. It’s simple and intuitive.
